01 Aug EasyGate Elite speedgate reimagined
Entrance Control is excited to announce the launch of an updated version of its EasyGate Elite speedgate, noted for its combination of flexibility, security and eye-catching style.
The latest iteration introduces several features providing increased security, enhanced aesthetics and improved compatibility with third-party technology.
A standout feature of the overhauled speedgate is S-Beam technology to improve sensor coverage and the gate now arms 18 pairs of sensors as standard, with the option to upgrade to 26 pairs for advanced tailgate detection.
The new EasyGate Elite’s speedgate pedestal has been reduced to 1,240mm in length to minimise its physical footprint and buyers can now choose between round or rectangular pedestals to complement their office or building’s aesthetic. When it comes to the finish, the gate comes standard in elegant zinc-coated steel with a sleek black powder coating, with alternative options of white or other coloured powder coating available if desired.
The upgraded speedgate is also compatible with a greater range of accessories, from WAV players, QR Code readers, biometrics and visitor card return systems. The new version has been widened slightly to make more room to integrate seamlessly with third-party destination lift control systems, making it a functionally flexible choice.
Entrance Control General Manager Michael Bystram said the improvements demonstrated Entrance Control’s commitment to adopting the latest technology and staying one step ahead of the competition.
“The tweaks to the EasyGate Elite’s footprint now enable us to fit in more third-party hardware to simplify the integration process with security, lift, visitor management and building management systems.”
